RETURNS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving the ordered items to inform us of the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee or the option to have the item you have purchased replaced if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To start a return, you are to contact us at resolarsunglasses@gmail.com and if your return is accepted, we will request you to send the item back to us. Returning items without first informing us and requesting a return of the item, will not be accepted. You must ship the damaged item back at your own expense. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcel.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will offer you a replacement product, of the same type and model of sunglasses that you purchased and ship it to you, on our cost, within 2 days of receiving the damaged item. If you do not wish a replacement item, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
