Upcycling plastic into style
When was the last time you took a walk on the beach or along a river and you didn't see plastic litter? Our oceans, rivers, and landfills are full of all kinds of plastic and we need to do something about it. Recycling plastic is one way of helping rid our oceans of plastic waste cluttering up and choking our planet.
We are a team of Hong Kong, Italian, and South African designers using super-light, recycled plastic to specially design several ranges of sunglasses of the highest quality, style, and comfort. The lenses have UV400 protection and are CE-certified. The super-light frames are made from upcycled plastic from 3-4 plastic bottles and are designed to be very sturdy, practical and distinctly exquisite, contemporary, and stunningly definitive.
The triangular cases, made from recycled paper, have internal stitching for additional support to ensure your sunglasses are protected, but can also fold flat when traveling.
Boys and girls can focus on playing, running, and having fun in the sun with the delightful Bambini range that will put a smile on every little one's face
Kids love to play outside, in the sun, or in the snow. With our UV400 protective lenses, you can keep them protected from sharp glares with delightful and eco-friendly sunglasses. Suitable for boys and girls from the age of 4 to 8, let them have fun in the sun, or snow, safely.
Doing Our Part
Plastic now clutters almost every part of our planet, from the deepest ocean trenches to Antarctica’s sea ice, posing health risks to marine animals, fish, and seabirds. But marine debris is absolutely a solvable problem because it comes from us humans and our everyday practices. We can take any number of steps to keep it from entering the oceans. We need to change our individual behavior, stop littering, create less waste, reuse what we can, and recycle as much as possible. By using recycled plastic to make beautiful accessories, like our sunglasses, we believe we are part of the solution. With your support, by purchasing a pair of our sunglasses, you too can play a part in stopping more plastic from polluting our earth.
